Directions
From I-12: Take exit 63 to US-190 East toward Mandeville. Travel 1.3 miles and exit to the right at Judge Tanner Blvd. (formerly named Fairway Drive). Turn left under US-190 onto Judge Tanner Blvd. Turn right at first signal light onto service road. Turn left at the first street, Kane Lane. Travel 1 block and the hospital will be directly in front of you.
From Causeway: Travel North on North Causeway Blvd for 1.7 Miles. North Causeway will become US-190 West towards Covington. Continue an additional 1.1 miles. Exit to the right at Judge Tanner Blvd. (formerly named Fairway Drive.). Turn right at Judge Tanner Blvd. Turn right at first signal light onto service road. Turn left on the first street, Kane Lane. Travel 1 block and the hospital will be directly in front of you.
