Patient Satisfaction
Redefining the standard of health care is more than just talk at Fairway Medical. That’s why we ask patients to complete a satisfaction survey, and we take what they say very seriously. One patient, for example, mentioned that the walls in our preoperative area were not soundproof. Our physician owners quickly approved the addition of new sound barriers. It’s this kind of attention to detail that earns us average patient approval ratings of 95%.
