Visitor Information

Visitors are always welcome at Fairway Medical. There are no restrictive visiting hours. However, we ask that you check in with the concierge upon your arrival. After 6 p.m. and on weekends, please use the intercom located by the doors to gain entrance to the facility.

Fairway Medical is partnered with several local hotels to offers special rates to our patients and their family members. Please contact our concierge at (985)801-6271 or concierge@fairwaymedical.com and they can assist you with reserving a room.

The Time Out Café, located on the 2nd floor, offers wonderful "southern homemade cooking" from 11:15 am – 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday. In addition, a microwave, toaster and several vending machines are located in the café, and a drink machine is also located in the 1st floor lobby.

When sending flowers or gifts, simply have the florist/courier provide the full name of the patient on the outside of your card. Our concierge will personally deliver all mail, flowers and gifts.
